Menu highlights include Reuben spring rolls, loaded nigiri with matcha tea mayo, karaage chicken bites with truffle and black garlic, deep-fried crab and prawn toast with black sesame crust and smoked strawberry pavlova.


These delicious dishes are matched back with pure mixologist magic, with cocktails like the Oaxacan cigar, with Vida mezcal and coffee-infused Sauza Hornitos.

Bottomless G&Tea at The Rook


To celebrate their absolutely banging Sipsmith winter cocktail menu, The Rook will now be opening a few hours early on Saturdays so guests can enjoy the best Bottomless G&Tea Party Sydney has to offer.


Afternoon tea has never looked (or tasted) so good, with a share-style menu featuring the best darned finger sandwiches you ever tasted. Other highlight dishes are chicken katsu, wagyu beef sliders, beetroot tarts … and let’s not forget the desserts, with wild berry cheesecake, flourless brownies and mini sweet potato pies on the menu.


Enjoy 2 hours of bottomless Sipsmith Gin & Tea warm cocktail teapots and settle in for a relaxed and warming experience.

Grab some friends and enjoy some gospel brunch with immersive live music every Saturday. With 2 hours of bottomless cocktails and live entertainment, you and yours will be tapping your feet and shaking up your weekends.


The food is Southern inspired, with fried chicken, Creole mayo croissants and New Orleans butter biscuits in the mix. Cocktails like Elderflower Bisou with fresh lavender and Prosecco, and Rouge Rose Spritz with Prosecco, lemon and fresh strawberries will wash the delicious dishes down nicely. There will be smiles for miles with guests gleefully soaking in the soulful atmosphere.

The 6-course brunch menu and cocktail pairing is 2 hours where you will enjoy corn fritters, butternut pumpkin polenta, tacos and more.


With vegan prosecco and shiraz options or lychee, beetroot or onzano spritz, you will be cheers-ing the day away with very happy tummies!
