Some of the new additions to the Burma Lane menu include Beetroot Tartare, Prawn Gazpacho, Butternut Squash and Tandoori Baby Octopus, designed and curated into artistic masterpieces by our new Head Chef Dongchan Na, aka Dino.

Dino and his culinary team have been working tirelessly around the clock, tasting, pairing and plating the most incredible flavour combinations which just work, and hit the spot! With plenty of options to satisfy all appetites, there are some delicious flavour combinations, which include half of the new menu being vegetarian. Featuring beautiful seasonal ingredients championed on the plate really allows for every flavour to stand on its own, accompanied with elements to bring out the best of each ingredient. Whilst keeping it fun and quirky (true Burma Lane style), you’ll come across some fun additions including vegemite gravy, nectarine salad and beetroot tartare … just to name a few!
