‘More to Mortadella’ – Monday, 24 February

Straight To The Source is kicking off 2020 with a collaboration with their friends at One Penny Red for a ‘More to Mortadella’ hands-on workshop for chefs who want to learn how to make their own mortadella from scratch. Put February 24 in the diary and book here
