Hosted in the Palm Room, Stokehouse St Kilda’s stunning private dining space, guests can indulge in a curated five-course seafood-focused menu paired perfectly with a selection of premium single malt Talisker whisky and whisky-based cocktails, including:
oysters with smoked chicken fat and jamón serrano
