On Thursday, 4 July, South Australian winemaker Brash Higgins will join the team at Stokehouse Q, on the iconic Brisbane River, for a special wine dinner hosted by owner and winemaker himself, Brad Hickey.

Higgins limited edition 20-year-old tawny port ‘TWNY’.
Enjoy dishes including pancetta-wrapped cobia paired with 2018 Reisling/Semillon, roasted quail paired with 2017 Nero D’Avola, slow-cooked brisket with 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon and caramelised apple with limited edition ‘TWNY’. The full menu and wine pairings are available online here.
