Scotties Head Chef Joel Humphreys will team up with old friend Richard Learmonth from Borrodell Vineyard in Orange to cook up a winter feast on Saturday, 3 August at 7.30pm.
The team at Scotties are excited to host their first collaborative dinner, and guests can expect an exciting five-course menu that will chase away the winter blues.
Joel joined Scotties earlier this year and brings a wealth of experience with him, having worked at Rockpool, Bistro Moncur and Bodega 1904. This season, Richard has been harvesting some amazing truffles, which grow under 20-year-old oak trees on the Borrodell Vineyard estate. So needless to say, the menu for this special evening places the spotlight firmly on these luscious morsels!
