Restaurateur and Melbourne dad, David Zhou, ensured the selection of goodies for each box was curated to let dads have a bit of fun in ISO. Showcasing a thoughtful mix of well-loved and tasty dumpling options, from ready-to-cook to build-your-own, cooking with loved ones underpins the gift box range so that dads can experience dumpling making followed by a well-deserved beer.
For the tea-loving dad, Pu Erh is a Chinese aged tea known for its healthy properties and subtle flavour profile. Teamed up with a Zi Sha mug, with every brew of tea, the pot maintains the original fragrance of the tea leaves to ensure a full-flavoured taste with each sip. The restaurant’s cook-at-home range was born out of lockdown in March and continues to take the guesswork out of creating homemade dumplings by providing chef-quality ingredients packaged up with fun, easy-to-follow instructions. A series of wrapping and cooking video tutorials are on the restaurant’s YouTube, seen here, and featured on the website, here.
Oriental Teahouse is a household name that provides a world-class teahouse experience that is authentically Chinese but with a modern twist. The space encompasses a day-to-night culinary experience that does not sacrifice the essence of a traditional Chinese teahouse.
