Try this refreshing spritz recipe from Omnia, an impressive newcomer on the Melbourne dining scene

Omnia’s Mountain Pepper Spritz

 

INGREDIENTS:

30ml mountain pepper cucumber*  

15ml Varnelli Mandarin Liqueur  

Topped with: 100ml Blanc de Blanc

To garnish: pepper berry leaf  

 

METHOD:

Build in spritz glass with 3 chopped ice blocks. 

Garnish with pepper berry leaf in the side of the glass. 

Enjoy!

 

*Mountain pepper cucumber mix is made in-house using caster sugar, cucumber, mountain pepper berries, water and citric acid.
