For one night only, L’Hôtel Gitan will host a special wine dinner showcasing produce from Neudorf Vineyards.
Hosted by Neudorf winemaker Todd Stevens, guests will be served a refined French five-course menu created by esteemed chef Jacques Reymond to match perfectly with pairings from Neudorf. The ideal winter evening, patrons can expect pairings such as spatchcock and verjuice with a 2016 Moutere Riesling and 2017 Moutere Pinot Gris, and Hereford oyster blade Boeuf Bourguignon paired with 2016 Tom’s Block and 2014 Moutere Pinot Noir. For those wishing to purchase their favourite drops of the evening, Neudorf wines will be available to purchase at the venue for cellar door prices.
