Northcote neighbourhood icon Estelle is hosting a special dinner in collaboration with Moorooduc Estate winery.
Guests will have the opportunity to chat with producers over a four-course dinner by Estelle Head Chef Val Barrere, paired with nine of Moorooduc’s wines throughout the evening. The menu will include dishes such as chicken liver parfait tart with 2016 Estate Pinot Gris; scallop and celeriac tortellini matched with 2016 Estate and Robinson Chardonnay; and aged duck, burnt orange and Campari with 2016 Estate and Robinson Pinot Noir.
