Simon Arkless teams up with Bottega's Dusty Treweek for a Mentor and Protégé dinner
Terrace Restaurant Head Chef Simon Arkless is headed to the city to team up with his protégé, Bottega Head Chef Dusty Treweek for an exciting one-off collaborative dinner at the buzzing Bourke Street restaurant on Friday, 25 October.
The evening will see the celebrated chefs cook up a joint four-course feast using premium produce from North East Victoria and the city to present an exciting dinner to guests.
Simon will bring some fine Rutherglen produce to the city, including free-range lamb and pork, grown on the grounds of All Saints Estate. Dusty will use his experience in Melbourne’s best Italian kitchens to produce dishes that will allow great produce to shine.
All Saints Estate winemaker Nick Brown will match a selection of All Saints Estate and St Leonards Vineyard wines to the menu with the Brown family estate owners on hand throughout the evening to guide guests through the wine selections.d
