With more than 19 years’ experience in the hospitality, entertainment, marketing and media industries, Chrissy Symeonakis established Creative Little Soul in 2013, when she saw there was a need for hospitality-specific support in the way of marketing, strategy and social media support. Many owner-operated venues didn't have the funds or resources to access specialty services, nor were they able to hire a staff member with the specialty skills or knowledge. That’s where Creative Little Soul comes in. The CLS team reply to customer reviews, ensuring everything for the business in the online realm is taken care of – and they have seen their clients’ venues thrive as a result. The company has won awards, growing its customer database and even managing PR and opportunities for its clients.
For over 7 years now, they have worked with venues and for venues, to encourage patronage, looking at how they need to change and scale, and with COVID they've been there in the trenches helping their venues stay open and adapt, liaising with tech partners like Now Book It, MyGuestlist, Zomato and more to ensure that venues get people back to dining-in again.
The CLS team has created a hospitality specific planner and calendar that they're giving to hospitality venues for FREE to help them come up with offers, dining deals and give them suggestions of days of the year and promos to post on their socials and also create e-flyers and campaigns around.
