The Australian Culinary Federation's benefit event for young chef Matt Wills was a great success, and there's still time to donate to the cause if you couldn't make it.
Matt (picture above, 2nd from right) is a member of the Australian Youth Team and was the 2018 winner of the prestigious Nestlé Golden Chefs Hat award with Billy Fox.
After courageously battling Cystic Fibrosis since he was born, Matt is recovering from lung transplant surgery and the Australian Culinary Federation held a benefit event last week to raise funds to support Matt during his recovery from this life-changing operation.

All proceeds go directly to Matt and his family to assist with Matt's ongoing medical needs.
