Made In The Shade : reopenings

News on the reopening of MITS’s The Everleigh and Bar Margaux

Melbourne's much loved bar, The Everleigh is reopening next Thursday, 4 June, from Thursdays to Saturdays.


Made In The Shade's Group Executive Chef, Daniel Southern, has created a three-course menu ($65pp), including a Mini French 75 on arrival, and your own Bartender's Choice cocktail.


The winter menu will include oysters; mozzarella with peperonata; braised beef cheek with salsa verde and pickled vegetables; and chocolate mousse with brandy, amaretti and macaron.

There is also the opportunity for group bookings of up to 20 pax, Thurs, Fri and Sat, for 2-hour slots in The Elk Room. The same $65 set menu applies. Email for more info.


Providing Victoria gets the go-ahead for 50pax on 22 June, MITS will open Bar Margaux from 25 June, trading from Thursday to Saturday.
