North Sydney's first all-day rooftop garden bar and restaurant.
The new location is designed to create a stunning CBD oasis and is the brainchild of the masterminds behind the very popular Treehouse (also in North Sydney) and Art House, Andrew Utiger, Matt Erby and David Maisey.
With the help of prestigious Architect John Cochrane, industry expert Interior Designer Ruth Harris and Graphic Designer Melanie Topham, the inviting is set to be this year’s most popular destination for the exceedingly busy North Sydney precinct as well as the surrounding Northern hubs of Crows Nest, Neutral Bay, Cremorne, Mosman, and Kirribilli.
The Green Moustache menu is overseen by co-owner David Maisey (previously Merivale and the Palisade Hotel, currently head chef of Treehouse) and the kitchen is mastered by Chef Peter Fitzsimmons (previously Chin Chin) and Pastry Chef Alfredo Jr Peralta (previously Nomad). With the aid of Head Bartender Aby Dedej (previously Ivy Pool Club) and Sommelier Julien Perrimond (previously of Bambini Trust Restaurant and Wine Room) and impeccable front and back of house staff with varying expertise (Merivale, Applejack & Solotel - to name a few).
The menu will be a delectable modern take on classic international and Australian favourites sure to surprise and delight their patrons. Not to be outdone; however, the drinks menu will see a carefully curated and streamlined selection of sophisticated wines, beers and top-shelf liquors on offer.
