A true paddock to plate experience in the Rutherglen wine region
Celebrated Head Chef Simon Arkless will showcase award-winning Terrace Restaurant in a new light on Sunday, 3 November at Estate on a Plate, where local produce and lovingly grown All Saints Estate wine come together.
Presenting a sustainable approach to European dining and championing seasonal ingredients, Arkless will design a three-course menu in the days leading up to the dinner showcasing the estate-grown produce harvested this season.
The evening will also place focus on educating guests on Arkless and his team’s eco-friendly agricultural practises and plans that continue to make Terrace Restaurant a standout destination in the Rutherglen wine region.
Winemaker and custodian Nick Brown will curate a selection of All Saints Estate’s premium wine to highlight the fresh produce.
