e’cco bistro is reopening for restaurant dining

Philip Johnson and Mary Randles would like to announce the re-opening of e'cco bistro for restaurant dining on Wednesday, 24th June. They are excited to also share the news that they are moving in a new direction with their focus remaining strong to deliver and drive a unique experience.




Introducing our new e'cco set menu!


Changing fortnightly, the first e'cco set menu will see guests enjoying delicious seasonal produce in the form of a flowing set menu, which includes ingredients such as fresh New Zealand Ora king salmon, new season West Australian truffles, NSW Rangers Valley Wagyu, Tasmanian triple cream brie washed in Calvados (apple brandy) and Buddha’s Hand – an unusual-looking, yellow, hand-shaped citrus fruit.


To further enhance your experience at e'cco, they are pleased to offer a wine pairing option and also a non-alcoholic pairing option. The e'cco sommelier will be available to discuss alternative wine matchings with guests.


Seats are limited with only 20 guests per night for dining from Wednesday to Saturday, with bookings at 6:15pm, 6:45pm and 7:15pm and no time restrictions. As restrictions ease further, they will host more guests per evening.

 Want that familiar taste of e’cco? Their takeaway menu will still be available for pick up from Wednesday to Saturday, 5pm–7:30pm (pre ordered) with the pick-up point at the Bar e’cco counter in the outside area from Wednesday 24th June.
