Coya offers takeaway food and beverages

It's challenging to switch from ‘dine-in only’ to offering a ‘pick-up menu’, but Coya has acted fast to adapt to the new circumstances and offer a delicious menu to the local community

At Coya, owner/chef Ashraf Saleh and his wife Kit have designed a small pick-up menu, ideal for sharing (at home) – nothing too fancy, with reasonable prices. It's top-quality restaurant food, to be enjoyed at home with family or solo. The pre-ordered meals are available for pick up between 4pm and 8pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Check out the menu here. There’s wine (also at reasonable prices) available for pick-up too, so you can order a delicious drop to go with your meal.

Support from the local community is key to surviving these unprecedented times, and the Coya duo is deeply grateful for the community support they’ve received. Additional exposure on local business pages is helping to get the word out there, and Ashraf and Kit are sharing daily posts with specials and discounts, as well as sharing customers’ recommendations/reviews across their social media platforms.

Of course, the couple are acutely aware that it’s tough times for most small business owners, and they show their support by shopping at other local businesses.

Coya would like to give a big shout out to their amazing customers – to the regulars and to those new to the Coya experience. The show of community support has been heart-warming and humbling, and Ashraf and Kit would like to say ‘thank you’ to each and every one of their customers.
