COMING SOON – Pinchy’s Champagne & Lobster Bar, Bourke Street

Pinchy's Champagne and Lobster Bar is set to open its flagship restaurant at 200 Bourke Street in late November

Familiar from pop-up activations at HWKR and Emporium, the Pinchy's Champagne and Lobster Bar restaurant will offer a selection of seafood served in a casual setting for a fun and delicious dining experience. Notably the venue has a large terrace overlooking Bourke Street, making it the place to meet for drinks and bites through summer. 

 

The food offering will represent the Spanish tradition of tapas, with an influence of Asian spices and aromatic herbs, with lobster rolls a menu highlight. 

 

Executive Chef Pierre Khodja (Canvas, Terminus Restaurant) will be supported by Head Chef Mark Campbell (Chateau Yering Hotel), with James Burchett (The Ugly Duckling) as Bar Manager.
