Cocktail: Stokehouse's Truffled Fig

A seasonal take on a gin cocktail with a touch of gastronomic gold, Stokehouse's Truffled Fig cocktail is the ultimate luxury this winter.

Ingredients:

25ml Pot & Still Fig Gin

25ml Forager 1 Aperitif

10ml Vida mezcal

10ml lemon juice

10ml truffle sugar syrup

Ice

To garnish: slice of dried pear

 

Method:

Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake for 20–30 seconds.

Place a few cubes of ice into a short glass and pour the mixture over the ice.

Garnish with a slice of dried pear and enjoy.
