Cocktail: ‘24K Bling’ Espresso Martini

For those who like their espresso martini’s a little bit extra, this O Bar native is a premium blend of ‘Fair Vodka’ from Cognac in France, locally sourced coffee liqueur, 100% Arabica coffee, coconut syrup and honey. However, there is a glamorous twist to this classic cocktail: it is finished with real 24-carat gold dust. 


·       45ml Fair vodka (quinoa vodka)

·       30ml coffee

·       20ml Manly Spirits Blackfin coffee liqueur

·       15ml homemade honey and coconut syrup (You can purchase coconut syrup. To create honey syrup, use equal parts honey and water into a saucepan. Boil, then turn down to a simmer and stir until the honey is completely dissolved.)

·       Edible gold dust (24k optional)



1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker; add ice

2. Shake it like you mean it

3. Double strain into a cocktail glass

4. Sprinkle some gold powder on top

5. Enjoy!
