This August, Champagne Saturdays at St Kilda’s iconic Stokehouse restaurant will see guests indulge in bottomless Bollinger alongside unparalleled views across the winter bay.
Available every Saturday throughout August, the limited-time champagne package includes a two-course seasonally driven lunch by Head Chef Ollie Hansford and two hours of free-flowing premium bubbles.
A warm escape from the outside chill, guests can leisurely sip their way through the afternoon while enjoying entrees such as risotto Milanese with caviar and crème fraîche, followed by mains including poached chicken breast and confit leg with champagne cream sauce and saltbush.
Champagne Saturdays is the ideal way to embrace the remaining weeks of winter in a beautiful setting with quality food and wine.
