This July, ‘Champagne Saturdays’ at iconic riverside restaurant Stokehouse Q will see guests soak up Brisbane’s sunny winter days with bottomless Bollinger and lunch on the waterfront.
Available every Saturday throughout July, the champagne package includes a two-course seasonally driven lunch by Head Chef Marcel Nogaski and free-flowing premium bubbles, to be enjoyed alongside unsurpassed river and city views.
Entree highlights include risotto Milanese with scampi, trout roe and crème fraîche and green ant chèvre with apple, sorrel and chamomile vinaigrette, as well as mains of saltbush and labne dumplings with silken tofu and dried lime XO, and Coral Coast barramundi with smoked potato, air-dried tomatoes and lardo.
Champagne Saturdays are the ideal way to embrace the cooler months in style. Priced at just $150 per person, the offer is inclusive of lunch and two hours of bottomless Bollinger.
