Burwood Brickworks introduce new interactive online classes for September

Free online cooking classes with acre farm & eatery, children’s dance classes as well as yoga & Pilates sessions

Continuing to deliver much-needed fun to the community, Burwood Brickworks has extended its series of free online classes to run throughout September.

After the success of its virtual tutorials in August with children’s craft classes, online trivia nights and yoga & Pilates, the new schedule includes live online cooking masterclasses with acre farm & eatery and children’s dance classes, offering patrons the opportunity to connect with its retailers in a fun and engaging way despite the ongoing restrictions.

With more people cooking at home, acre farm & eatery at Burwood Brickworks will host two Live Interactive Cooking Masterclasses led by Chef PJ, Head Chef at acre’s signature farmhouse restaurant. Running on Tuesday 15 and 29 September at 7pm, each masterclass will focus on a different dinner recipe with mussels with smoked tomato and chorizo as the dish for the first week.

Just for the kids, Burwood Brickworks has teamed up with local dance studio Kallista Dance Academy to host interactive Children’s Jazz Dance Classes every Saturday morning at 10am with a fun new dance sequence each week.

Yoga and Pilates studio Little Mandarin will also continue to run various classes each week including Kids Yoga classes every Sunday at 10am, Yoga & Meditation sessions on Sundays at 4pm for mind and body strength, and Mat Pilates classes focusing toning and lengthening the body every Thursday at 10am.
