Dubbed A Celebration of Champagne, renowned Chef Guillaume Brahimi is teaming up with world-class Winemaker Caroline Fiot of Ruinart Maison to host an intimate evening at Crown Melbourne's Bistro Guillaume.
Exploring the finest French gastronomy, five courses will be perfectly paired with premium Champagne hailing from the first House of Champagne, established in 1729. Dish highlights include Aylesbury duck breast served with salt-baked beetroot and wattleseed, as well as decadent pistachio gateau adorned with caramelised white chocolate and Coffs Harbour raspberries. And better yet, guests can raise a glass to premium pours, including Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2007 and Dom Ruinart Rosé 2007.
