New summer cocktails and culinary experiences – from a bottomless Prosecco and Aperol spritz fountain to a fried chicken feast

Two leading Sydney venues are hosting a range of exciting bottomless summer experiences this summer. Laneway oasis The Winery is pouring bottomless Prosecco and Aperol spritz from their summer fountain, while rooftop bar The Rook is serving up unlimited fried chicken and a bottomless Rooky Rosé brunch.

  •   The Winery – Bottomless Prosecco and Aperol Spritz Fountain

Due to popular demand, The Winery returns with a bottomless boozy fountain in the venue’s lush Tuscan-themed garden, transporting guests into an Italian paradise with bottomless Prosecco and Aperol spritz.


Diners will have unlimited access to the fountain, where they will be able to pour-their-own drinks throughout the two hours, whilst enjoying food from the summer menu, including portobello mushroom tortillas, poached tiger prawn lettuce cups and lemon honey chicken. Set at $39pp for two hours, The Winery’s summer fountain will be available by walk-ins only until the end of February.

  •   The Rook – Bottomless Fried Chicken Feast, Rooky Rose Brunch and Archie Rose Cocktail Garden

Hidden high above the hustle and bustle of Sydney CBD, The Rook is set to make for a memorable summer on their rooftop with plenty of food and cocktail experiences to suit varied tastes.


From 6pm every Wednesday, The Rook is feeding guests with bottomless fried chicken for $20pp as well as two hours of bottomless booze for $30pp.


On Saturdays (12–2pm or 3–5pm), diners can enjoy Rooky Rose – two hours of bottomless rosé and a delicious shared-style menu for $40, or $69pp with French rosé.


Sydneysiders can are also immerse themselves in the new summer cocktail garden by Archie Rose, offering twelve unique Archie Rose cocktails made from the full Archie Rose cabinet, including a range specially created by Archie Rose Creative Drinks Manager, Rachelle Hair – Garden Spritz (Archie Rose Distiller’s Strength Gin, Green Juice, Summer Citrus, Soda) and Sea Salt Old Fashioned (Archie Rose Rye Malt, Salted Honey, Mint). The new cocktails are matched by a stunning new menu, including Cajun shrimp stuffed zucchini flowers, lobster roll and crab and clam casarecce.
